Dance Our Way HomeTM (DOWH) is not just a dance practice. It is a safe sacred sanctuary in Toronto for women to connect with themselves within a community, through free-style dance, relaxation and guided imagery.

This workshop offers you the essence and taste of DOWH, a non-verbal practice of self-discovery, mindfulness, devotion and celebration, in a beautiful expressive and creative community.  Come feel supported and loved just as you are.  Relax, let go of stress, and find the joy and peace of self-love, self-acceptance and inner power, to express who and where you are in your life. Nest (Core Series I)

For 6 Saturdays you will be invited to the DOWH practice of softening your body, mind and heart, and come home to yourself in ease, non-judgment and loving kindness. You will be held in a loving community as you listen within and explore trusting and following your natural impulses and rhythms. The 6 invitations will be: Home, Loving Kindness, She Who Listens, Finding Peace & Pause, Being Held and Trust.

Nourishment (Core Series II)

For these 6 Saturdays you will be nourished from head to toe, heart to soul, and mind to heart, with beautiful movement experiences of honouring and caring for your sacred self. The 6 weekly invitations will be: Honouring Your Feelings, Nourishment, Sacred Sensuality, You are the One You’ve Been Waiting for, Letting Go: Dropping into Water and Dancing with Everything.
