DANCE OUR WAY HOME TM is a women’s dance practice integrating freestyle dance/movement, relaxation & guided imagery, in a supportive, non-judgmental setting. It is a pathway to awakening the wisdom of your body, emotion & imagination for self-expression, healing & change. No experience needed. Only a willingness to move, and be moved.
