is a women’s dance
practice integrating freestyle dance/movement, relaxation & guided
imagery, in a supportive, non-judgmental setting. It is a pathway
to awakening the wisdom of your body, emotion & imagination for
self-expression, healing & change. No experience needed. Only a
willingness to move, and be moved. Please contact Erica for

ECSTATIC DANCE JAMS FOR WOMEN is
a safe and sacred space for women to find their own freestyle
groove. You can expect great music, great company and lots of room
to move!
$13 per dance jam. No

is a space for moving expressively and sounding freely to the ever-inspiring
world beats that will invoke and provoke you for more than two
hours straight! The musical story starts at
8:00pm
so try to be there from the beginning. Come out as you are and with
bare feet explore what is going on in your body; release dormant energy;
tell your story through sweat and vigor or focus and connection; do your
own thing or contact dance with the others; let yourself play, exercise
and have some fun!
